Wow, what a great night with stunning colours in the sky from the Aurora! Never seen anything like it. Started off at Mount Moturoa, got there at 7:30pm and it was packed. Went to Marsland Hill next and got this photo with the Observatory, a lot quieter but started to get busy as I left. From there I went to Lake Mangamahoe but the entrance was full of cars with nowhere to park, so headed up Kent Road, Egmont Road and some side roads where I got the other shots.
