          ⛴️🛟 Have you been to visit Reef Alive at Puke Ariki? It's a rich and interactive experience, ideal for families, children and anyone curious about the fascinating biodiversity in Taranaki’s watery backyard.

          Hop on board for a ride out to a South Taranaki reef. Explore video footage beneath the waves and visit the Exploratorium to check out the different scientific methods used by a group of researchers investigating the area.

          Working with marine scientists, the Project Reef team adopted a range of techniques and purpose-built technology to explore the unmapped rocky reefs.

          Reef Alive is located on Level 2 at the Puke Ariki Museum.
