Founded on a passion for flavour LWF Distilling ferment, distill, bottle and barrel on site.

We create an array of internationally award winning rums centred around NZ flavour. We source as much of our ingredients locally including growing some on the farm where we are based. Our citrus is sourced from Sentry Hill Citrus, Feijoas from Avos on Airport Drive, and our manuka honey from Naki Honey.

LWF Distilling also do events including behind the scenes tours and tasting, blend your own bottle, and cocktail creation sessions.
