          I manufacture SIDS SAUCE - the best sauces, seasonings and vinegars here in Taranaki.

          SIDS SAUCE started about 20 years ago with the need to use a lot of vinegar that I made pickled onions in. From then, I developed several recipes and branched out into vinegars, rubs and flavoured oils.

          SIDS SAUCE products include Gluten Free and Low Sugar items. I make them all in New Plymouth with no artificial flavours or colours.
