School holidays call for something a little bit special.

Join us at Haukai for an afternoon made for our littlest guests, with a beautiful high tea filled with sweet and savoury treats, a kids drink and plenty of little surprises! Including a balloon backdrop & props, the perfect spot to snap a photo and a playlist set to get the kids dancing! Recommended for ages 5-12 years, however U16’s are welcome to book.

Time | 11:30am – 1:00pm

Kids High Tea | $35 per child (Includes high tea, a choice of hot chocolate, fluffy or a juice served in a teapot!)

Little guests must be accompanied by an adult. Grown-ups are invited to settle in nearby and enjoy our selection of bar snacks, coffee, wine and other drinks available to purchase throughout the event.

One sitting only with limited spaces available.

Terms & Conditions

Bookings are essential and spaces are limited. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult for the duration of the event. This is not a drop-off event. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.

The Kids High Tea ticket includes the advertised high tea and one children’s drink. Food and beverages for accompanying adults are not included and may be purchased separately on the day.

We unfortunately cannot cater for dietary requirements at this event.

Tickets are non-refundable after 25th September. Cancellations made prior to this may be transferred or refunded at the discretion of the hotel.

Photography may take place during the event for Haukai and Novotel New Plymouth marketing purposes. Please advise our team on arrival if you or your child do not wish to be photographed.
