NPDC has been developing the Puketapu-Bell Block Spatial Plan over the past year and is now seeking community feedback on the draft plan. The plan will shape the next 30+ years of investment, growth, and infrastructure for the Bell Block area.

Visit any of the three drop-in sessions at the Bell Block Library to find out more about the draft plan, ask questions, and learn how to make a submission. Submissions will help Council understand whether any changes are needed, identify any gaps, and ensure community views are considered before the Plan is finalised.
