In this workshop, you will learn how to create sacred smoke from plants to promote healing, grounding, cleansing, purification, clarity, protection, abundance, passion, intuition, meditation, dreamwork and more. You will make your own botanical incense blend to burn at home and take away a copy of Teresa’s Botanical Compendium for incense featuring over 30 plants. After years of researching and sourcing botanical incense ingredients from around the world, Teresa shares her personal herbarium of rare and exotic resins, herbs, flowers, and barks with you - to see, touch, smell and experience. In this workshop, she will reveal her tips for creating divine aromas, sharing her passion and over 25 years of experience crafting custom botanical incense. Many commercial incense products contain additives or synthetic fragrances that can have a negative impact on our wellbeing. Those who find store-bought incense overpowering or irritating are often pleasantly surprised by how much they enjoy natural botanical incense. One of the greatest benefits of making your own incense is the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what you’re burning in your home!
