Five Courses, One Ocean, Your Table

Join us for an unforgettable evening as our chefs craft a five-course degustation menu celebrating the ocean’s bounty. From delicate shellfish to rich, flavoursome fish, each course is designed to showcase the very best of our waters, paired with seasonal accompaniments and creative flair.

Honouring Our Local Suppliers

At Haukai Bistro & Bar, we are proud to partner with passionate suppliers who share our values of sustainability, quality, and flavour.
