Papapounamu is an iwi-owned development of eight affordable townhouses at the corner of Barrett and Morley streets in Westown.
Developed by Te Atiawa, the project incorporates design elements reflecting the surrounding native bush, the maunga and a nearby stream. That stream also inspired the name Papapounamu.
