          New Plymouth's The Kiwi Butcher Shop has added five new medals to its record collection at the national NZ Bacon and Ham Awards.

          New Plymouth-based The Kiwi Butcher Shop attended the NZ Bacon and Ham Awards last night, securing another five awards to add to their record collection of 16 medals over three years.

          The new additions are:

          🏆 Gold: Traditional Middle Eye Bacon
          🥈 Silver: Dry Cure Streaky - BBQ Bourbon
          🥉 Bronze: Dry Cure Streaky - Candied Orange Glaze
          🥉 Bronze: Dry Cure Streaky - Original
          🥉 Bronze: Dry Cure - Middle Eye Bacon

          "Congratulations to all our team - whether you slice it, package it or sticker it, everyone plays a part in helping to achieve this sort of success. A special mention to Lani and Stephen who are the heart of our bacon team."
